COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS
		Dartmouth Square Tigard, Oregon FCE provided the structural design for this stepped three story, 39,500 square foot office building located in the developing Tigard Triangle Business District in Tigard, Oregon. The building is a steel framed structure with concrete floors supported by open web steel joists and steel wide flange girders with perimeter brick veneer. The lateral system consists of special braced frames that were located around the stair cores and along permanent wall lines, in order to minimize the impacts to the architectural features.
