		Franklin Crossing Bend, Oregon A five story, 131,600 square foot mixed use retail, office, and condo project. The building is constructed with post-tensioned concrete and wood framing. Moment frames in the wood framing were designed to allow maximum window openings. The facility includes underground parking. This project was completed in 2006 Architect: Steele Associates Architects
