		Jenkins & Murray Condos Beaverton, OR An eight-building, 600,000 square foot mixed-use retail and condominium complex. The buildings are all eight stories in height, constructed of post-tensioned concrete slab and light-gage steel framing. The first phase of construction is expected to begin August 2006.
