DOUGLAS B. SCHWARZ, PE, SEPARTNER Doug Schwarz has been with Froelich Consulting Engineers, Inc. since 1990, relocating to Bend in 1992 to develop and manage the engineering needs of our growing client base in Central Oregon. Doug is an "engineer's engineer", with a diverse technical background. He understands the demands of design and as such provides practical, professional, and functional solutions to the challenges of any project. FCE has served as the structural consultant to numerous projects in Central Oregon, and Doug Schwarz has maintained the invaluable local connection that client and project require. Doug is a Registered Professional Engineer in Oregon (Structural).
