TIM R. FROELICH, PE, SE PRESIDENT Tim Froelich is founder of Froelich Consulting Engineers, Inc. Under his leadership FCE has become a thriving firm, maintaining a loyal client base that has continued since the company's inception in 1983. Tim lends his personal involvement along various stages of most any FCE project. He gives his primary attention to client contact, scheduling, the development of structural materials for cost effectiveness, and the performance of drawings to provide ease of construction. Tim secures the commitment to high-quality engineering produced by this office. Tim is a Registered Professional Engineer in over 20 states including Oregon (Structural), Washington and California.
