		Touchmark @ Mt Bachelor Village Bend, Oregon A three building, 353,000 square foot luxury condominium complex and retirement community. The buildings are four story wood-framed structures supported by post-tensioned concrete slabs. Each building has underground parking structures. The exterior is constructed with heavy timber framing with bridge elements. River Lodge was completed in Fall 2003. Cliff Lodge and Terrace Lodge were completed in 2006.
