		Sandpines Golf Resort Florence, Oregon A two story 16,000 square foot golf resort clubhouse. The structure is constructed with pre-manufactured roof trusses, manufactured wood I joist floor with tongue-and-groove decking, glulam beams, and a steel framed tower.
