		Tower Theater Bend, OR Seismic evaluation and retrofit design for the Tower Theatre Performing Arts Center. The 10,400 square foot unreinforced masonry building dated back to the early 1900's. This project was completed in March 2004. Architect: DKA Architecture & Design
