		Boys and Girls Club Bend, OR The renovation of a 1918 existing three story unreinforced brick structure of historical significance to the city of Bend. The structure has wood floors and roof with large long span heavy timber trusses. It is used for recreation and assembly. Complete structural renovation included seismic retrofit for life safety issues as per Uniform Building Code, and Uniform Code for Building Conservation. Architect: BBT Architects
