RETROFITS / RENOVATIONS
		Columbia River Banks Building Bend, OR A 47,500 square foot mixed use living, office, and commercial retrofit and addition. The existing 1 ½ story building was converted to 4 ½ stories using steel and wood. The structure includes a post tensioned concrete elevated parking area. This project was completed in 2004.
