RETROFITS / RENOVATIONS
		McMenamins - Old St. Francis School Bend, OR A seven building restaurant, theater, lodge, and conference facility. The structures are between one and two stories and were constructed with mixed URM and wood framing. FCE provided an extensive remodel, update, and retrofit. The project was completed fall 2004.
